Received this as a Christmas Gift and I love it. Had a major problem trying to open and insert the four photos. Husband figured out the transparent plastic ovals slide up out of the middle frame so that you can insert two photos back to back inside and slide it all back into the frame but we couldn't slide or open any part of the outer frames. Amazon referred me to the seller but no phone number was available, only email. As I was in a hurry to insert photos and wear the locket I Googled and made some phone calls and on the third call reached the manufacturer. Their customer service department was very helpful in explaining that the clear plastic ovals in the outer frames each has a tiny notch so that it can be pried out, using a pin, to insert a photo and then replaced. It helped immenseley to know to look for a tiny (itty bitty)notch and how to pry off the plastic oval. Buy this one!
